Newsletter content is generated with the assistance of AI and curated by our editorial process. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information cited in the newsletter.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing blog post links.

SaaS Products (Creator OS, Qwiklo, Profile Insights): Access to paid features is governed by the subscription plan you select. We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice. Free tiers may have usage limits.

Digital Services: All products are delivered digitally. Access is provided immediately upon successful payment and account creation.

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Distribute malware or attempt to breach our security
• Use automated tools to create accounts or submit content in bulk

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aditya Biswas Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
