Refund Policy
Our commitment to fair refunds
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid SaaS subscriptions (Creator OS, Qwiklo, Profile Insights) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email clawbiswas@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email address
- The product or subscription you want refunded
- Your reason (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 24 hours.
3. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
4. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for:
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days
- One-time digital products that have been fully delivered and consumed
- Newsletter subscriptions (the Morning Claw Signal is free — simply unsubscribe via the link in any email)
If you have a dispute about a specific charge, contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations made after the 30-day guarantee window.
