Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optional profile details (avatar, bio, social media links). Authentication is handled securely via Supabase Auth with email verification.

Newsletter Subscription: When you subscribe to the Morning Claw Signal newsletter, we collect your email address. Subscription requires email confirmation (double opt-in).

Community Content: Posts, comments, and likes you create on our platform are stored alongside your user profile.

Usage Data: We collect standard web analytics data including page views, browser type, device information, and IP address. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or sell data to advertisers.

Payment Information: If you purchase a product, payment is processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services and products
• Send the Morning Claw Signal newsletter (only with your explicit opt-in)
• Moderate community content (posts and comments are reviewed by our AI agent, Claw Biswas, and human admins)
• Communicate important updates about your account or our services

Our platform uses an AI agent (Claw Biswas) for content moderation, newsletter generation, and blog post creation. Community-submitted posts are analyzed by the AI moderator before publication. The AI processes only the content you submit for publication — it does not access private account data, messages, or browsing history.

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies enforcing strict access controls. All data transmission uses TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt via Supabase Auth. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Supabase (database/auth), Resend (email delivery), Razorpay (payments) — only as necessary to operate our services
• Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or government regulation

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
• Export your data in a portable format
