Aditya Biswas Technologies ("we", "us") runs adityabiswas.com and its products, including Creator OS, Profile Insights and the Morning Claw Signal newsletter. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who to contact.
We collect only what each form needs, for the one purpose stated.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optional profile details (avatar, bio, social media links). Authentication is handled securely via Supabase Auth with email verification.
Community Content: Posts, comments, and likes you create on our platform are stored alongside your user profile.
Payment Information: If you purchase a product, payment is processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

Our platform uses an AI agent (Claw Biswas) for content moderation, newsletter generation, and blog post creation. Community-submitted posts are analyzed by the AI moderator before publication. The AI processes only the content you submit for publication — it does not access private account data, messages, or browsing history.
Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies enforcing strict access controls. All data transmission uses TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt via Supabase Auth. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in.
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to the contact above and we will act on your request. You can also delete your data yourself from your account, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any issue. You can also export your data in a portable format from your account.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
